Privacy Policy

The short version

This site collects nothing about you unless you choose to fill in the contact form. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no third-party cookies, and no tracking of any kind.

What the contact form collects

If you send an enquiry, the form collects your name, email address, and optionally your company and budget range, along with the message you write.

That information is used for exactly one thing: replying to you. It is delivered to a private inbox by an email provider (Resend) acting as a processor. It is not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not shared with anyone else.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Links to social platforms

Links to TikTok, Instagram and Facebook take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies and their own tracking. Nothing from those platforms is embedded in this site, so they cannot observe you here — only after you follow a link.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes standard request data such as IP address and user agent in order to serve pages and protect against abuse. That is handled under Vercel's own policies.

How long anything is kept

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation and any resulting work, and deleted after that.

Your rights

You can ask what has been stored about you, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. Send that request through the contact form or reply to any email received, and it will be actioned.

Children

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page. Material changes will be noted at the top.
